poor soundproofing damaged furniture

I found some issues . The soundproofing was awful! i could hear every single conversation from the rooms next to mine. it really disrupted my sleep, and i seemed like i had zero privacy. also, the condition of the room wasn't great. There was dirt and dust around the edges since there were no baseboards? the metal furniture looked damaged. It even had rust in some spots. it was quite annoying!

the staff were very friendly and helpful. they gave good recommendations for local places. the bed was really comfy. (i slept well!).

my shower door was broken. it was hard to open and close it. there were water stains on the glass before i even used the shower. i also noticed that the carpet on the stairs needed vacuuming more often.
